Terms and Conditions
1. Taking in PAID ORDERS only. First come first serve basis. No reservation/booking. No payment = no order.
2. Payment must be made within 24 hours after we confirm your order and had invoiced you.
(For sprees, payment not made after 24 hours, orders will be cancelled.)
(For masks instock or accessories instock, payment not made after 24 hours, items will be put on sale to the next interested buyer.)
3. Strictly no backorders. If you do wish to back out, payment and item will not be returned.
4. There will be 2 payments. 1st payment is to be made before ordering and 2nd payment is to be made when the items arrived. (For sprees only)
For Masks / accessories Instock, only 1 payment.
5. Please indicate your real name when using I-banking. For ATM, a screenshot of your receipt is needed due to lots of fraud cases nowadays. We will not hesitate to take actions on you should you try to scam on us.
6. Please do not use inter-bank transfer. If need to, please inform us beforehand.
7. Please use the order form and double check your order before sending us your order. We had the right not to accept your order. As it is very time consuming to check the mistakes out for you 1 by 1.
8. No amendment is allowed after the order had been mailed to us and payment had been made.
9. We will not be responsible if merchant ships a wrong order accidentally. However, we will double check all orders before ordering.
10. We will not be responsible if merchant ships wrong or damaged items. All costs of exchange will be borne by you if you want to ship back to the country.
11. We reserve the rights to extend or cancel the spree if response is poor or in the event of any unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will be made.
12. Similarly, if an item becomes sold out at the point of ordering, we will inform via email and refund you the OOS item.
13. Updates will be done via mass emails. Please check both your Inbox and Junk Mail folder.
14. We will email all spree-ers to confirm the details of local distribution when the items arrived. Spree-ers who do not respond to our email 7 days after we inform that the items have arrived will have their items confiscated and give to charity.
15. In the event that you request for special packaging like postpac or box, it will incur extra cost.
16. Combining postage is allowed for your own orders. The time taken to processed combine postage request would take slightly longer. Please be prepared to wait with patience if you wish to opt for combined postage. Otherwise, do not opt for combined postage.
17. We will not be responsible for any lost mail via normal mail. Registered mail is always recommended with an additional of $2.24. You get to track your mail.
18. Please do not join the spree or order from us if you are uncomfortable with the above terms and conditons.

Payment for Taiwan sprees
1st payment = Total amount in NT / 20.5 + handling fees
2nd payment = Shipping fees (depends on the things you buy. different season different postage price) + Local postage (depends on your items weight)
Payment for USA sprees
1st payment = Total amount in USD x 1.38 + handling fees
2nd payment = Shipping fees (depends on the things you buy. different season different postage price) + Local postage (depends on your items weight)
How to Spree with Us?
- Is easy!
- Simply go to the respective spree that you want, copy the order form and e-mail us your orders!
- After that, wait for our reply e-mail.
- Once we have send you back an confirmation e-mail, do transfer the money over within 24hrs!
- If within 24 hrs we do not receive your payment, you will be blacklisted by us.
